Diverse & Inclusive Workplace: A spotlight on the LGBTQ Experience with Rob Falk

The United States has greatly expanded the civil rights that apply to the LGBTQ community. In 2020, the United States Supreme Court extended Title VII protections to LGBTQ employees, a protection that was already available under many state employment laws. It has become increasingly important to understand the LGBTQ experience and the challenges this community faces in the workplace. Our guest Rob Falk is the former General Counsel of the Human Rights Campaign, the largest LGBTQ advocacy organization and currently General Counsel of the Truth Initiative, the largest nonprofit public health organization committed to making tobacco use and nicotine addiction a thing of the past.
